Live at Glastonbury

We’d just like to thank everyone who came to see us at the Glade stage on Friday, we had an absolutely amazing time and were privileged to have played to such a happy crowd at sunset. We’ve got loads of video footage of the gig and had it specially recorded so we’ll be uploading the edited highlights over the next couple of weeks. Thanks again to the fantastic crowd, you made our weekend!

2. Thank you sooooo much for friday night! it was one of the top highlights of my festival to finally see you guys live. i listened to disappear here on the way home and some how it just wasnt the same listening to it recorded. if you can, please release a live album!

6. Definite highlight of the whole weekend for me. Been wanting to see you guys since Wide angle and I was not disappointed one bit. Totally awesome. Listening to Hybrid with the sun going down over Glastonbury is pure heaven. Thanks again.

7. Oh and I agree with a previous message in that we need a Live album again although the Wide Angle special edition disc will take some beating. You can do it. Cheers.

8. A live album would amazing but I would really love to see a 5.1/7.1 surround sound dvd or blu-ray album. Maybe a greatest hits? Hybrid make the best and most immersive music in the world and can only imagine what listening to True to Form, Falling Down, Original Sin or my favourite Visible Noise belting out of an 8 speaker set up in HD audio would be like! No doubt it would be awesome! Looking forward to the Glasto footage!

11. Really amazing set made my weekend! The new album had slipped my radar until I found it on the in flight entertainment system flying over from Canada that morning so it was great to hear some of it live on arrival! Just bought the CD

What an amazing set over in the Glade loved every minute of it you guys are fantastic and provide the soundtrack to my life quite a bit as I just can’t get enough of your high energy cinematic track’s . Keep up the good work and I’d love to see you playing the main stage at Glastonbury, now that would be one hell of a show and the Gorilaz could see how it’s really done!

14. Awesome album, have not stopped listeining to it since its release date. WIth this album and the layers upon layers of sound that makes up the song, one never bores with it, but always discovering additional sounds that one did not hear before. The complexities of their formula of music, one can get lost in the forest of sounds. Therefore, I can listen to it over and over and never get tired of it. Great Album by a Great, meaning one of the best musical groups out there today. I know the first time I heard the album, my thoughts were this is going to sound great live. Hopefully,they will stop in SF CA. In spring of 2007, the concert was only announced 5 days before the actual show, but the SF crowd turned out in numbers on a work night selling out the joint to see and hear their beloved group. Hybrid did not disappoint, the drum machine and heavy bass whipped the crowd into a frenzy for the entire 90 minute show. To boot tickets were only $12. A great value in todays’ high ticket prices.
