Available today from our store is our latest single Blind Side, the first release on our new label Kill City Records. We created an extra special set of remixes and interpretations as well as shooting a new video especially for the release.

Here’s the brand new music video for our forthcoming single, Blind Side. The single will be released on the 29th of August and will be available to buy digitally from this site and all good online music retailers. We’ve got an extra special set of remixes and interpretations created by us to celebrate the first release on our new label, Kill City Records. Blind Side : Free Download!

Any of you who have been following our recent activity on Twitter and Facebook over the past month will know that there’s been a new tune brewing. Blind Side will be the first track out the door on our label Kill City Records and we’re very excited to be able to offer you a free download of the tune in all its glory! It’s a preview from the full release we’re planning at the end of April.

The full release will include numerous remixes and alternative versions but until then, you can get hold of the tune here on our website by clicking on the ‘Get Blind Side Now’ button to the right.

We’ll be debuting the track during our live set at Ultra Music Festival in Miami this month and will be videoing the event for posterity, however we cannot do this alone and want to include your footage too! If you have some video you’d like to share of us playing Blind Side at Ultra, you can upload it by clicking the link below. The footage will be edited into a live video which we’ll post soon after the festival. We can use practically any type of file, from HD cameras to iPhone / Smartphones.

New Single : Original Sin (Remixed)

On the 28th of March, Distinctive Records will be releasing the 4th and final single from our Disappear Here album. The single includes a skillful progressive re-interpretation by Myon & Shane 54 who also deliver a dramatic orchestral reprise. The remixes are finished off with a monster breaks mix by hugely respected producer, Ádám Huszár aka Retroid.

The second single from ‘Disappear Here’ is ‘Can You Hear Me’ which features Tim Hutton on vocals. It is available now from iTunes / Beatport, or vinyl at the Distinctive Shop. Watch the video on HD here. Directed and edited by Mike Truman, the video features the entire band who’ll be touring this summer.

The release will includes remixes by Hybrid, Eelke Kleijn, Caged Baby, Justus Köhncke, Barry Jaimeson and Trifonic. Break My Soul Released Today!

The first single from Hybrid’s new LP Disappear Here is available to buy today from all good online retailers. The release features the original mix and an instrumental, along with two very special remixes from Hybrid themselves. This announces the beginning of a series of remixes from the album and is a grand return to the club sound they have been away from during the recording of the LP.

New Single : Formula Of Fear

On the 19th of September, Distinctive Records will be releasing the band’s new single ‘The Formula Of Fear’ featuring vocals from Hybrid’s own Charlotte James. The track was written last year and has been a festival favourite during Hybrid’s summer tour in 2007.

It’s now been remixed by a host of producers including Uberzone, Grafiti, Long Range, Steam Punk and Hybrid themselves. The track will be available on CD, vinyl and as a digital download from Beatport, iTunes, Amazon and Distinctive’s own website. Physical copies will be available from all good music retailers.
