I Choose Noise was Hybrid's third LP and featured guest vocals from Perry Farrell, John Graham, Judy Tzuke, Kirsty Hawkshaw and film director Tony Scott.

Featured instrumentalists included Peter Distefano from Porno For Pyros, Martin Tillman, Peter Hook from New Order, Tom Greenwood and composer Harry Gregson Williams.

The orchestra was recorded at the Bastyr University in Seattle, performed by The Northwest Sinfonia conducted by Harry Gregson Williams and engineered by Mal Luker. Recorded and mixed at Electrotek Studios in Swansea and Wavecrest Studios in LA. Mastered by John Dent at LOUD Mastering in Somerset.
